The Longest Halloween Website is operated by the author, Frank Wood, FHWoodTeendoc@aol.com. Any information that is obtained from minor participants in any contest sponsored by the website, http://thelongesthalloween.com is only limited to name, age and website address. The information that is collected is only used for a one time notification via e-mail of a winning status. The collected information will never be disclosed to third parties. No information is asked that would be considered more than is reasonably necessary to participate in said contest. Any parent or guardian can review their child’s entry form and direct Frank Wood via his web address to delete that child’s entry. The parent or guardian of any underage participant will be given direct notice by the operator of the website thelongesthalloween.com of their child’s participation in the contest and that said guardian’s consent is required in order for the processing of the entry form to take place. Consent can be rendered via an electronic scan sent to the aforementioned web address or via an email via the Contact Us page on the website. If this consent is not received before the closing of the contest on December 31st, 2014,both the parent and the participating child’s contact information will be deleted from our records.
